Shipping and Delivery Policy
This policy outlines the procedures, timelines, and conditions for the delivery and return of the A+ Program materials and any related physical products purchased from The Little Years with Windress, the authorized distributor for Kenya.
- Local Focus: All logistics and delivery operations are managed by our team within Kenya.
- Delivery Area: We provide delivery and installation services across major cities and surrounding areas within Kenya. Specific service areas will be confirmed at the time of purchase or demo scheduling.
- Delivery Timeframe: Our team aims to complete delivery and installation as soon as payment is confirmed, subject to location and stock availability. Specific timelines will be agreed upon during the post-purchase confirmation call.
Returns, Cancellations, and Warranty Policy
- A+ Program Returns (Physical Goods): Due to the specialized nature and digital components of the A+ Program, returns are accepted only under specific conditions, such as:
- Defective or damaged items upon arrival must be reported immediately.
- Items covered by the official manufacturer warranty (handled locally by our team).
- Returns must include all original packaging, components, and the Eltee Pen.
- Course/Enrollment Cancellations (Digital Services): Refund and cancellation policies for digital courses will be detailed at the time of enrollment. Generally, refunds are offered within an agreed amount of days after purchase, provided the course material has not been substantially accessed.
- Warranty Service: Our team manages the local service and repair process for the electronic components (e.g., Eltee Pen) under the official warranty.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and applied to your original method of payment, within an agreed upon amount of days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@thelittleyearswithwindress.com and send your item back to our office at International House, Mama Ngina Street, Nairobi CBD.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
